jillipark Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the jillipark platform (accessible at jillipark.org and any associated mobile applications or services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the jillipark platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of jillipark following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of jillipark, including registered account holders, guests browsing the platform, and any third parties who interact with jillipark services in any capacity.

To register and maintain an account on jillipark, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as governed by PAGCOR regulations. jillipark strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold accounts on jillipark.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jillipark, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jillipark or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jillipark reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jillipark. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

When registering your jillipark account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep such information current at all times.
• Select a strong, unique password and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify jillipark immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

jillipark will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from jillipark that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jillipark reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or terminate an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on jillipark are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillipark supports a range of payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your jillipark wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• jillipark does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• jillipark reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You must complete KYC before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jillipark account.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• jillipark reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of security checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.

jillipark offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules applicable to all jillipark promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jillipark reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jillipark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on jillipark are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

jillipark uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are entirely random and unbiased. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session:

• jillipark will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state.
• Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet amount for that round will be returned to the player's wallet.
• jillipark's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

jillipark reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by technical error, fraud, collusion, or any other form of cheating or manipulation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jillipark. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jillipark, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using jillipark for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with jillipark's software, systems, or game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with jillipark games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jillipark immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward jillipark staff or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jillipark account.
• Accessing jillipark from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

jillipark is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jillipark solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jillipark content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jillipark content.
• Use any jillipark trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from jillipark using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of jillipark's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jillipark.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillipark, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jillipark platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, jillipark shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of jillipark services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jillipark's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the jillipark platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of jillipark. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk.

jillipark's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillipark account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillipark collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using jillipark, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jillipark implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jillipark cannot guarantee absolute security.

jillipark will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide jillipark services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

jillipark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jillipark will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of jillipark following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jillipark and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jillipark, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jillipark's support team. jillipark will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jillipark from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

jillipark's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described above.
